RESIN TREATMENTS

IMPREGNATION
Our systems perform impregnation of windings for electrical motors and transformers with vacuum degassed resins through the implementation of vacuum/pressure processes in an autoclave.
Applications: treatment of secondary windings for medium and low voltage power transformers, dry type transformer impregnation, stators, rotors, polar wheels, alternators, synchronous and asynchronous motors, continuous motors, up to class “H”.
PED
Our autoclaves for pressure treatment are TÜV certified and manufactured in compliance with European standard PED 97/23/CEE.
ENCAPSULATION/FILLING
Our systems permit the encapsulation of windings with charged, catalysed and vacuum premixed resins.
In mixer groups a continuous checking of temperature, pressure, vacuum and homogenization of blends is assured. Dosing and loading of component are made in automatic mode.
Applications: encapsulation of primary windings of medium and low voltage power transformers, filling of transformers for luminous signs, customized, of reactors for switching on lights and condenser.
